our dumbbells are made by the english company watson. watson dumbbells are cnc-milled from a block of stainless steel in england and are nickel- and zinc-free to avoid contact allergies. watson dumbbells are perfectly balanced, which makes free weight training an experience.
our dumbbell pairs are available from 3kg to 10kg in 1kg increments and from 10kg to 50kg in 2kg increments. in addition, we also offer 55kg and 60kg dumbbells for the extra strong.
in order to be able to use the dumbbells in all positions, hammerstrength multi benches are available.
the free weight area is completed by hammerstrength olympic benches in 3 different angles (positive, flat and negative).
training is done with rogue chan barbells, of course standardized to 20kg. especially for women’s hands we provide the rogue bella barbell, which weighs only 15kg and has a thinner diameter.
the weight plates are also from rogue, color coded and suitable for olympic weightlifting.
in addition, the free weight area is enriched by a wide-ranging special barbell set from watson. this includes a special 50mm thick straight curl bar, a 50mm thick sz curl bar, a poliquin angled dual grip bar and a lateral tricep bar, which in particular allows overhead tricep stretches without strain on the elbow.
